In this fun, hands on, and interactive class our Chef will show you how to prepare a 100% vegan meal without sacrificing flavor or satisfaction while using only the best ingredients! Lets take the mystery out of plant based cooking once and for all!

  • Cheese Nut & Fruit Board – Cashew Cheese, Almond Ricotta, Garlic Herb Cheese, Toasted Nuts With Garlic & Rosemary Evoo, Homemade Pickled Vegetables, House Made Bread
  • Ravioli – Mushrooms & Ricotta, Kabocha Squash Alfredo, Macadamia Parma, Herb Infused Olive Oil, Truffle Salt, Vegan Parmesan, Sage
  • Chickpea & Baby Portobello Mushroom Marsala – Crusted Seitan, Creamy Polenta
  • Creme Brulee – Berry Pistachio Crisp, Torched Banana
