General Class Attendance Policies

Thank you for your interest in our classes. Here are some policies to help you plan for and enjoy your experience! Registration ends two days prior to the class date. If you wish to register after that you may call us and request admission to the class. Cancellations made seven days prior to the class will receive a full refund. If cancellation must happen after the 7 day window due to extenuating circumstances, we may under our discretion offer a credit toward another class.

For safety reasons, all guests that enter the kitchen facility must adhere to our dress code. Wear closed toe non-skid and comfortable shoes. Wear comfortable clothing that can get soiled. No jewelry on hands or wrists. All guests attending classes will sign a waiver form. Please download the form from our web site and bring the completed form with you or fill out online for email delivery. Classes involve demonstration and hands-on instruction which may include use of burners, knives, ovens, stoves, mixers and other equipment and small-wares.

For kids classes, parents may stay in the waiting room or kitchen area at the Instructors discretion. Parents should not interfere in class instruction. Classes may be in a group or individual format depending on the type of instruction decided upon by the Instructor. Choosing of groups during kids classes is the responsibility of the Instructor and is treated as a valuable component of the learning process. In the event of inclement weather, we will notify you via email if your class is cancelled. We will then work out an arrangement to re schedule the class or offer credit for another class. If we decide to continue with the class, those unable to attend should contact us immediately. Children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Party and Group Class Policies

Thank you for your interest in our parties and group classes! Here are some policies to help you plan for and enjoy your experience! Advance payment deposit in full is required to reserve your desired class or party date and time. These arrangements should be made at the time you make the reservation. We accept cash or check as payment for group classes and parties. Cancellations made 14 days prior to the reserved date will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given after the 14 day window.

If a cancellation must happen due to extenuating circumstances we may re-schedule or refund depending on the situation and at our discretion. If the guest count increases above the original agreed upon count, we require notice within seven days so we can plan on having the correct amount of product for everyone. There will be a per guest charge if your count goes above the count agreed upon in your reservation. Payment for guests above the number paid for during the reservation process is due on the day of the event. The cost per person dollar amount will be determined at the time that you reserve the party or group class. Invitations if needed can be picked up at the school or emailed to you in the form of an E-Card upon payment of the deposit.

All guests are required to complete a waiver and media form. These forms can be downloaded and printed from our web site or filled out online for email delivery. No one will be allowed to attend without a completed waiver form. Classes and parties may involve demonstration and hands on instruction which may include use of knives, cooking equipment, and small wares. Closed toe shoes of a no- skid type are required for safety reasons. In the event of inclement weather, we will notify you via email if your class or party is cancelled. We will then work out an arrangement to re schedule the party or class. If we decide to continue with the party or group class, guests unable to attend should contact us immediately.

For kids parties, parents may stay space permitting. Children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parties are for guests ages 5 to adult.
