We understand that life happens and emergencies may arise. However, we also hope you understand our commitment to all our students and the extensive preparation required to create a successful class experience.

Cancellations or Class Swaps (2+ Weeks Notice)

Cancellations or class swaps made at least 14 days before the scheduled class date will receive a credit voucher, minus a 25% cancellation fee. Please note that processing fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations or Class Swaps (Less Than 2 Weeks Notice)

Cancellations or class swaps made within 14 days of the scheduled class date are not eligible for credit or refund. This will result in the forfeiture of the full purchase amount.

No-Shows

No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued. Each class requires significant preparation, planning, and resources, and a missed spot impacts other participants and the overall class experience.

All Sales Are Final

All class registrations, event bookings, private experiences, gift vouchers, and retail purchases are final sale and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

Participant Changes

If you are unable to attend a class (excluding camps, clubs, and series with multiple sessions), we encourage you to send someone in your place. Please notify us of the participant change at least one day in advance by emailing our team.

Cancellations or Rescheduling (6+ Weeks Notice)

Private events or virtual classes can be rescheduled or canceled with at least six weeks’ notice. A 25% processing fee will apply.

Cancellations or Rescheduling (Less Than 6 Weeks Notice)

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellation or rescheduling requests made within six weeks of the event date.

• You will be notified promptly via email.
• You will have the option to receive either:
  • A credit voucher for the full amount paid, which can be applied to a future class.
  • A refund, minus a 5% processing fee.
• For multiple-class enrollments (e.g., camps, clubs, or series), a makeup class will be offered. Refunds or class swaps will not be permitted in these cases.
• Classes may be canceled due to chef illness, insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a class is canceled due to inclement weather, you will be notified as soon as a decision is made.
