Heather Palmer

Heather Palmer

Pastry Chef Instructor

Chef Heather grew up at the feet of her mother and grandmothers experiencing the joy and satisfaction of a well made dessert. This joy grew into a passion, from baking for her family and friends into the birth of her business, Better When Baked, four years ago. Her other calling, being a librarian for an elementary school, helped her discover her love for teaching and sharing, so she is excited about sharing her baking experiences with you. “Baking is love made edible.” What a good motto to live by.

Hannah Rawlings

Chef Hannah has lived in France and Italy, and loves traveling and experiencing new flavors and food traditions. Most recently, she earned a certificate in the chemistry of food from Harvard EdX. Outside of the kitchen, Chef Hannah spends her time gardening, hiking, and working with animals.
