Private Cooking And Pastry Lessons
If you’ve always wanted to learn cooking or pastry techniques but would rather not do it in a regular classroom setting, consider our private classes. You decide the topic. It may be a technique, method, or cuisine you are interested in mastering or some recipe or food problem you want to conquer. Maybe you want to learn how to decorate a cake or flood some cookies. We provide the Chef Instructor, all the equipment, supplies, printed recipes, handouts, and food needed for the class.
October-February Peak Period Pricing is as follows:
- $399.00 per class for one or two students plus 20% Gratuity
- $100.00 per class each additional student
(Call us for off peak period pricing for the months of March-September)
We also offer culinary training programs for individuals, families, restaurant employees, and groups at special rates. You choose how many classes you want to take or we can plan a curriculum for you based on your specific needs!
