An Italian-American dish that originated in the city of Philadelphia, stromboli is like a rolled-up version of pizza. Filled with cheese and Italian deli meats, like pepperoni, salami, and ham, and served with marinara sauce for dipping, it’s a huge crowd-pleaser! Perfect for an easy dinner or anytime you’re having people over. Just keep in mind that stromboli disappears quickly! In this class, our Chef will walk you through the entire pizza and stromboli-making process step-by-step including preparing and proofing dough, tossing, forming, topping, filling, rolling, and baking to perfection! After taking this class you will be ready to create amazing pizza and stromboli in your own kitchen! Everyone will go home with their very own pizza and there will be plenty to eat in class so come hungry!
