Our very own Italian Chef John will share his family recipes and techniques that will enable you to prepare this delicious and impressive pasta from scratch. Then we will prepare a sauce or two and enjoy eating what we made in class! Throw in some homemade Focaccia bread and we will have a feast to remember!
