In this hands on interactive class your group will learn how to prepare delicious semolina pasta and amazing sauces to accompany it! Our Italian Chef Instructor will guide you through the process of making dough, rolling, cutting, and cooking your pasta. Then we will pair it up with some traditional Italian sauces, an Italian chopped salad, and some fresh made focaccia bread! Class will conclude with a family style Italian meal like none other! Don’t forget to bring the wine!
