2022/09/16 Date Night Introduction To Indian 6:00PM-9:00PM

Take a culinary journey to the streets of India without leaving Knoxville and learn the art of grilling Indian style in this fun, hands on, and interactive date night class. Our Chef will unravel the secrets to cooking with spices, discuss which ones are important to have in your home collection, and show you techniques for getting the most flavor out of each dish. Then we will sit down and enjoy what we created in class! After taking this class you’ll be able to create complete Indian inspired meals in your own home! The knowledge you will gain can be applied to any dish that utilizes the core Indian spices. Price is for two people ages 16-adult.

• Grilled Delicacies Platter Featuring Chicken Tandoori, Chicken Malai Tikka, Lamb Seekh Kebab, And Shrimp Tandoori Over Basmati Rice 

• Authentic Hand Made Samosas

• Mint Cilantro Chutney, Chili Garlic Chutney, Tamarind Chutney

• Spicy Garlic Naan
