The Ultimate Learning Experience For Your Child! (Ages 9-15) (Contact us to request an age waiver for younger or older children)

Your Child will:

  • Build relationships and work with instructors and other children
  • Learn to cook like a chef
  • Gain an appreciation for many different foods
  • Get away from picky eating
  • Develop and improve fine motor skills
  • Practice reading comprehension and math while learning how to follow directions and recipes
  • Be more creative and self sufficient
  • Learn valuable life skills that will last a lifetime
  • Learn to help Mom and Dad at home

Upon completion of the course students will receive:

  • A Chef Jacket, Hat, and a Professional Knife Set
  • A Certificate of Completion
  • A Graduation Ceremony Dinner for Parents  

We offer three payment options for this course: 

  1. Payment in full for the entire two semesters for a total cost of $995.00 ($49.75 per class)
  2. Pay in two payments of $525.00 for a total cost of $1050.00 ($52.50 per class)
  3. Pay in 4 payments of $279.00 for a total cost of $1116.00 ($55.80 per class) 

Course Schedule for Fall 2020: (Mondays from 6PM-8PM)

  1. August 17th – Knife safety/skills/basic cuts
  2. August 31st – How to cook eggs
  3. September 14th – How to cook breakfast foods
  4. September 21st – How to cook beef
  5. September 28th – How to cook poultry
  6. October 5th – How to cook pork
  7. October 26th – Deep frying
  8. November 2nd – Stir frying
  9. November 9th – Grilling
  10. November 16th – Preparing healthy snacks

Makeup dates if a class is cancelled are TBA.

Course Schedule for Spring 2021: (Mondays from 6PM-8PM)

  1. January 25th – How to cook and prepare fruits
  2. February 1st – How to make cold and hot soups
  3. February 8th – Homemade pasta and sauces
  4. February 22nd – How to cook and prepare vegetables
  5. March 1st – How to prepare salads and dressings
  6. March 8th– How to prepare hot and cold sandwiches
  7. March 29th – Basics of baking and pastry, cake decorating
  8. April 12th – How to bake cookies and decorating techniques
  9. April 19th – How to bake breads
  10. April 26th – How to bake pies/Graduation Ceremony 

Makeup dates if a class is cancelled are TBA.

Please be aware that when you enroll you are making a commitment to complete the 20 class course. Due to prior planning for these classes and the limited space, we cannot accept cancellations unless there are extreme circumstances. If your child cannot finish the course due to serious issues, we will try our best to move him or her to the next class.
