Learn the art of making ramen noodles from scratch, and how to prepare delicious recipes featuring Japan’s most ubiquitous noodle. Believe us there will be no crunchy noodles and flavor packets here! Ramen is an amazing Japanese dish consisting of a delicious and nutritious broth, fresh hand crafted noodles, and a wide variety of freshly prepared toppings coming together to make a meal on its own! In this class we will prepare homemade ramen noodles, broth, and toppings to create the most amazing ramen bowls you have ever tasted! Come hungry because we will all get to eat what we prepare in class! Price is for one person ages 16-adult.
