Our Chef will walk you through the entire process step-by-step including preparing and proofing dough, tossing and forming, topping, rolling, filling, and baking to perfection! You can expect to make just about every aspect of a pizza and stromboli from scratch. After taking this class you will understand how to prepare dough and will be ready to create amazingly fresh and delicious pizzas and stromboli in your own kitchen! Best of all everyone will go home with their very own pizza and stromboli. Come hungry because there will be plenty to eat in class. Price is for one person ages 16-adult.
