2022/09/21 Authentic French Macarons 6:00PM-8:00PM
Ever wonder how French Pastry Chefs create such beautiful Patisserie confections? You will learn how in this fun, hands on, and interactive class. French Macarons are made with a meringue base, almond flour, and are naturally gluten free! Our Chef will teach you the art and science behind macaron making including our best tips and tricks for successful macarons. We’ll cover how to mix, pipe, and bake the the cookie shells as well as making delicious seasonal fillings. You will also learn troubleshooting techniques that will enable you to create your very own Macarons at home! We promise you will not be disappointed when you taste these delicious confections! Best of all you get to take home your own box of macarons! Price is for one person age 16-adult.
