Embark on a culinary trip to The French Quarter without leaving Knoxville in this fun, hands on, and interactive class! Jambalaya is a quintessential one pan recipe with chicken, sausage, shrimp and rice! It is a staple in New Orleans cuisine and is pure comfort food filled to the brim with flavor. The aromatic trinity of Cajun/Creole cooking, onion, celery, and bell peppers sautéed in andouille drippings with garlic, herbs and Cajun spices makes this dish a favorite among food lovers everywhere! After this class you will be ready to make your own New Orleans style meal at home! Best of all you will get to eat what we make in class! Price is for one person ages 16-adult.
