Take a romantic culinary adventure to Italy without leaving Knoxville in this fun, hands on, and interactive class! Our Chef will transform our kitchen into a romantic trattoria (casual Italian restaurant) as you learn how to prepare an amazing authentic Italian meal. Practice preparing steak the Italian way, grilled, then sliced and served with arugula and fried capers. Plus, you and your date will make fettuccine from scratch, along with an amazing dessert. Italy’s popular Prosecco cocktail the peach bellini will be available as a drink special along with a wide variety of wine, beer, and ciders. Price is for two adults.
