Learn how to create decadent French pastries in this fun, hands on, and interactive adult and child class! Our Pastry Chef will show you how the French patisseries create the most amazing pastries imaginable! You will discover pâte à choux, the only pastry dough cooked on the stove top, and learn how to hand pipe it into perfect éclairs and cream puffs. Add some luscious pastry cream, chocolate ganache and homemade whip cream and you have the perfect sweet treat! Once you’ve mastered this dough and technique, you will be able to create your very own amazing pastries at home! Everyone will go home with a box of eclairs and cream puffs! Price is for one adult and one child ages 5-15.
