French Macarons are made with a meringue base and almond flour. After the confections are baked they get filled to perfection. Our Chef will teach you the art and science behind macaron making including our best tips and tricks for successful macarons. We’ll cover how to mix, pipe, and bake the cookie shells as well as making delicious filling flavors. We will also share our troubleshooting techniques that will enable you to create your very own Macarons at home! We promise you will not be disappointed when you taste these delicious confections!
