Join our Pastry Chef and learn how easy it can be to bake delicious artisan breads at home! During this fun, hands on, and interactive class you will learn about the main ingredients used like flours, yeast, water, and salt and how they contribute to the baking process. We will also dive into the different grains and flours and how they are used to create amazing breads. Then we will bake and taste some examples with some delicious butters and jams while discussing how different factors can affect your bread. Everyone will be given a chance to participate in the full process from measuring to baking. Best of all, everyone will go home with a loaf of bread from class!
