Ever wonder how French Pastry Chefs create such beautiful Patisserie confections? You will learn how in this fun, hands on, and interactive class. French Macarons are made with a meringue base and almond flour. After the confections are baked they get filled to perfection. Our Chef will teach you the art and science behind macaron making including our best tips and tricks for successful macarons. We’ll cover how to mix, pipe, and bake the cookie shells as well as making delicious filling flavors. We will also share our troubleshooting techniques that will enable you to create your very own Macarons at home! We promise you will not be disappointed when you taste these delicious confections! Best of all you get to take home your own box of macarons! This class is for Ages 16-adult.
