In this fun, hands on, and interactive class kids will learn basic techniques for preparing some French patisserie favorites! Our Pastry Chef will start by teaching your child kitchen and equipment use safety, clean as you go, measuring, reading a recipe, and food safety and hygiene. Then we will move on to preparing some amazing French pastries! We will share tips and techniques that will enable your child to prepare pastry recipes at home! Kids will eat what they make in class and will also have some left to bring home to enjoy with family. If your child loves baking or is intrigued by all those baking shows out there, then this class is perfect! Kids ages 9-15.
