Join us for a fun, hands on, and interactive class full of French Bistro favorites! Our Chef will walk you through a menu that will make you feel like you visited the French countryside! He will also show you how to use the Sous Vide method of cooking steak and seafood! Then we will sit down and enjoy what we prepared in class! There will be featured French wines and more available for purchase!
