In this fun, hands on, and interactive baking class you and your child partner will learn how to make these beautiful pastries from scratch. Learning how to make Pâte à Choux, the paste used to bake the pastries is simple once you know how! Our Pastry Chef will also teach you techniques for making Pastry Cream (a delicious creamy vanilla filling), Fresh Whipped Cream, and chocolate ganache. Price is for one adult and one child.
