Join Christopher Hurt, Owner and Baker at Bearden Bread Company, as he teams up with us to teach you how easy it can be to bake delicious artisan breads at home! During this fun, hands on, and interactive class you will learn about the main ingredients used like flours, yeast, water, and salt along with how they contribute to the baking process. We will also dive into the different grains and flours and how they are used to create amazing breads. Then we will bake and taste some examples with some delicious butters and jams while discussing how different factors can affect your bread. Everyone will be given a chance to participate in the full process from measuring to baking. This is a hands on class with demonstrations.
