As you arrive we will greet you with a smile, hand you an apron, and welcome you to share in an evening of Spanish cuisine. Paella is the most popular dish you will find in Spain. Originally birthed in Valencia, Paella was created as lunch for the field workers and farmers. Today, Paella recipes have adapted with new variations of meat, vegetable, seafood, and spices. We will prepare this authentic Spanish dish using the freshest ingredients available and more!
- Pan a la Parilla Tomato – Grilled bread with tomatoes, garlic, and olives.
- Paella Andaluz – A traditional Spanish Paella made with saffron rice and the freshest available seafood, chicken, and Chorizo.
- Miguelitos – A Spanish cream filled pastry.
