Ever wonder how Chefs prepare this amazing dish with roots dating back to the 1800s? In this fun, hands on, and interactive class you will learn how to prepare a flawless beef Wellington while picking up culinary tips and tricks along the way. Our Chef will walk you through the process from preparing the duxelles to wrapping the Chateaubriand in prosciutto and then puff pastry. We will also practice decorating the pastry prior to roasting. While our Wellingtons are in the oven, we will prepare some roasted vegetables with fresh herbs and garlic. Feel free to BYOB to enjoy during meal time.
