Students will embark on a culinary adventure to France and learn all about pastries in this fun, hands on, and interactive class! Our Pastry Chef will walk students through the tips, tricks, and techniques needed to achieve deliciously beautiful French pastry favorites! Class dates: June 24th-28th.
Monday: Pate a choux, eclairs and cream puffs
Tuesday: Palmiers, French cookies
Wednesday: French macarons
Thursday: Creme brulee, crepes
Friday: Orange cardamom madeleines, nutella souffle
