Students will take a culinary journey of the the US while learning all about different foods from a variety of regions in this fun, hands on, and interactive class! Under the close guidance of our Chef, students will learn about American food favorites while practicing new skills and techniques that will enable them to re create these dishes at home! Class dates June 17th-21st.
Monday: (The north) Sliders, pomme frites, milk shakes
Tuesday: (The south) Chicken & waffles, baked macaroni and cheese
Wednesday: (The west) Tacos, Mexican rice, quesadillas, churros
Thursday: (The deep south) Shrimp & grits, po boy sandwich, banana foster with ice cream
Friday: (Everywhere else) Artisan pizzas, chopped Italian salad, mini pot pies
