The perfect camp for kids that love everything baking! Our Pastry Chef’s are great with kids and skilled in all aspects of baking and pastry techniques. Your child will learn everything from proper measuring and following recipes to baking delicious attractive desserts. Class dates: June 17th-21st.
- Monday: Measuring techniques, how to follow a recipe, making batters, cupcakes and cakes
- Tuesday: Decorating cakes and cupcakes, buttercream, fondant
- Wednesday: Sugar cookies, flooding, decorating
- Thursday: Making dough, doughnuts, decorating and glazing
- Friday: Cake pops, working with chocolate
