Embark on a culinary journey to Vietnam in this fun, hands on, and interactive class! Sandwich and noodle lovers, this is your opportunity to dive deep into the world of Vietnamese cooking! Join us and learn how to make your own banh mi rolls and brew your own broth for beef and chicken pho noodle soups. We will decipher regional differences in pho as well as tinker with bread dough, pickles, spreads and fillings. You’ll also explore seasonings that shape the iconic foods of Vietnam. The class culminates with a pho and banh mi bar!
Our Chef will guide you through recipes and techniques, and discuss key ingredients such as fish sauce, herbs, and spices, including how to locally source them. This is a 3 hour hands-on class so be prepared to cook, tinker, and have fun. There will be lots of eating too!
