In this fun, hands on, and interactive class you will learn how to make these beautiful pastries from scratch. Our Chef will show you how to make Pâte à Choux, the paste used to bake the pastries. Then we will teach you techniques for making Pastry Cream (a delicious creamy vanilla filling), Fresh Whipped Cream and Ganache. Everyone will go home with a box of pastries made in class. Oh and there will be plenty to eat as well!
Menu will include:
- Cream Puffs filled with diplomat cream
- Eclairs filled with pastry cream dipped in ganache
- Swans filled with fresh whipped cream
