Learn how to cook like a Chef in this fun, hands on, and interactive cooking club! Cooking is always more fun with friends and this cooking club is an excellent way to meet new people with similar interests and improve your cooking skills while learning tips, tricks, and techniques from our Professional Chef Instructors! This club gives you the hands-on foundation of knowledge and skill to take you to a higher level of cooking. In this 6 day hands-on course you’ll develop a command of classic culinary methods and techniques. You will also learn and use a variety of cooking methods, like roasting, grilling, sautéing, pan-frying, stir-frying, braising, poaching, and steaming. Our Cook Like A Chef Club is a “must-take” class if you want to master the basics of cooking and gain the confidence to experiment with your own creations and grow as a home cook. Gain a new appreciation of cooking and enjoy an amazing experience!
Our cooking club is a private group of people that share the same love and passion for food and meet together monthly to explore the Culinary Arts. You will get to cook with the same group for the duration of the club and be taught by our professional chefs. We provide recipes, food, and any tools you will need. All you have to do is show up ready to learn and have fun. Beer, wine, and hard ciders will be available for purchase during classes.

October 22nd, 2020 – Basic Knife Skills, safety, sharpening knives, choose the best knife, basic cuts, increasing speed, mise en place, kitchen organization, the correct way to follow a recipe
November 19th, 2020 – How to prepare sauces, seasoning and flavoring techniques
December 10th, 2020 – How to cook poultry and pork, roasting, grilling, stewing, sauteing
January 21st, 2020 – How to cook vegetables, starches, salads, dressings
February 4th, 2020 – How to cook beef, roasting, searing, sous vide, grilling, stewing
February 18th, 2020 – How to cook Seafood, fish, shellfish, grilling, roasting, sauteing, steaming
