The Ultimate Learning Experience For Your Child! (Ages 9-15) (Contact us to request an age limit waiver for younger or older children)

Your Child will:

  • Build relationships and work with instructors and other children
  • Gain an appreciation for many different foods
  • Get away from picky eating
  • Develop and improve fine motor skills
  • Practice reading comprehension and math while learning how to follow directions
  • Be more creative and self sufficient
  • Learn valuable life skills that will help Mom and Dad at home

Upon completion of the course, students will receive

  • A Chef Jacket, Hat, and a Professional Knife Set
  • A Certificate of Completion
  • A Graduation Ceremony Dinner for Parents  

When you enroll you are making a commitment to complete the entire 20 class course. Due to prior planning for these classes and the limited space, we cannot accept cancellations unless there are extreme circumstances. If your child cannot finish the course due to serious issues, we will try our best to move him or her to the next class.  

We offer two payment options: (For the entire 20 classes) 

  1. Payment in full for the entire two semesters for a total cost of $995.00 and save $55.00
  2. Pay in two payments of $525.00 for a total cost of $1050.00   

Course Schedule: (Mondays from 6PM-8PM)

Spring 2020 Semester:

  1. January 27th – Knife safety/skills/basic cuts
  2. February 3rd – How to cook eggs
  3. February10th – How to cook breakfast foods
  4. February 24th – How to cook beef
  5. March 2nd – How to cook poultry
  6. March 9th– How to cook pork
  7. March 30th – Deep frying
  8. April 6th – Stir frying
  9. April 20th – Grilling
  10. April 27th – Preparing healthy snacks

Makeup dates if a class is cancelled are May 4th and 11th.

Fall 2020 Semester:

  1. August 17th – How to cook and prepare fruits
  2. August 24th– How to make cold and hot soups
  3. August 31st – Homemade pasta and sauces
  4. September 14th – How to cook and prepare vegetables
  5. September 21st – How to prepare salads and dressings
  6. September 28th– How to prepare hot and cold sandwiches
  7. October 5th – Basics of baking and pastry, cake decorating
  8. October 26th – How to bake cookies and decorating techniques
  9. November 2nd – How to bake breads
  10. November 9th – How to bake pies/Graduation Ceremony (Times TBA)

Makeup dates if a class is cancelled are November 16th and December 7th.
