  • September 17th, 2020 – Basic Knife Skills, safety, sharpening knives, choose the best knife, basic cuts, increasing speed, mise en place, kitchen organization, the correct way to follow a recipe

  • October 22nd, 2020 – How to prepare sauces, seasoning and flavoring techniques

  • November 19th, 2020 – How to cook poultry and pork, roasting, grilling, stewing, sauteing

  • December 10th, 2020 – How to cook vegetables, starches, salads, dressings

  • January 21st, 2020 – How to cook beef, roasting, searing, sous vide, grilling, stewing

  • February 18th, 2020 – How to cook Seafood, fish, shellfish, grilling, roasting, sauteing, steaming
