Enjoy a culinary adventure to Korea without leaving Knoxville in this fun, hands-on, and interactive class. What is Korean BBQ you ask? Korean BBQ is the popular method of grilling meats right at the dining table. Korean BBQ establishments have gas, charcoal, or portable stove grills built into the tables where marinated meats like bulgogi and kalbi are grilled and eaten along with various small Korean side dishes called banchan. In this Chef taught class, we will explore some of Korea’s favorite foods! After taking this class you will be prepared to have your own Korean BBQ party at home! Price is for one person age 16-adult.
