Enjoy learning how to make those tiny delicious French Patisserie fall-themed cakes in this fun, hands-on, and interactive pastry class with Chef Heather Palmer! Petit fours are bite-sized French cakes or other small confections that can be enjoyed either after a meal or with friends over a cup of coffee or even a glass of wine! In this class with Chef Heather, you will learn how to make, fill, ice, and decorate your very own delicate and delicious petit fours. Best of all there will be plenty to eat and everyone will go home with a box of their very own petit fours. Price is for one person age 16-adult.
