Do you love enjoying a great steak? How about a nice glass of premium bourbon? Maybe some hand-crafted side dishes to go with your meal? Then this fun, hands-on, and interactive class is definitely for you! We will start by discussing the different cuts of beef that we will be using in class and how to reach the perfect level of doneness. Our Chef will show you how to trim and fabricate sub-primals into steaks worthy of the grill. You will learn how to season your steaks to perfection and use sous vide and other cooking methods that will enable you to cook the perfect steak at home! Then our Chef will walk you through the preparation of some delicious sides, freshly baked bread, and a delicious dessert! Best of all we will sit down for an epic meal while sipping on some premium selections of bourbon!
Price includes three bourbon tastings and one bourbon drink that you will get to make hands-on!
