We will start by discussing the different cuts of beef that we will be using in class and how to reach the perfect level of doneness. Then our Chef will show you how to trim and cut sub primals into steaks worthy of the grill. You will learn how to season your steaks to perfection and use sous vide and other cooking methods that will enable you to cook the perfect steak at home! Then our Chef will walk you through the preparation of some delicious sides, freshly baked bread, and a delicious dessert! Best of all we will sit down for an epic meal while sipping on some premium selections of bourbon! Price is for one adult age 21 plus and includes two bourbon tastings.
