Let’s get warm & cozy in our kitchen and celebrate Valentines Day as you learn how to prepare a French-inspired menu pour deux in this fun & hands on experience! Our Chef will cover essential French cooking techniques, from emulsifying a vinaigrette dressing and reducing pan sauce to searing beef and cooking delicious vegetables. Then we’ll whip egg whites and melt chocolate for a lighter-than-air mousse that’s perfect for sharing! Join us and enjoy a great valentines date night celebration French Style! Every couple will also get complimentary homemade brittle and a champagne toast.
