Enjoy a culinary tour of Italy without leaving Knoxville in this fun, hands on, and interactive pasta making class! Our Chef will show you how to prepare the most delicious pasta & sauces you have ever tasted while sharing tips and tricks along the way! While working along side our Chef you will do everything from making semolina pasta dough, kneading it to perfection, to rolling and cutting your pasta. Then we will pair our pasta with some delicious homemade seasonal sauces and an Italian dessert! After completing this class you will be ready to prepare fresh pasta and sauces with ease! And best of all, you’ll get to eat what we make in class! You’ll even get to make your own Italian Cocktail! (Included in the class price for age 21 & up).
