Enjoy a New Orleans style culinary experience in this fun, hands on, and interactive class! Its hard not to fall in love with New Orleans after sampling the delicious food available at every turn in the French Quarter. Join us and explore the French and Spanish influences that give NOLA cuisine its complex flavor profiles. From a meaty catfish smothered in a creamy crawfish sauce to a show stopping dessert you will learn about & enjoy the delicious foods that Louisiana has to offer.
