Enjoy a culinary journey across the globe while learning about cuisines from different regions of the world in this fun, hands-on, and interactive cooking series! Cooking is always more fun with friends and this cooking series is an excellent way to meet new people with similar interests and enhance your palate while learning the culinary skills you’ve always dreamed of. At The Cutting Edge Classroom, we spare no details with our signature hands-on cooking and instructional style. Classes are taught by our professional Chef Instructors in our one-of-a-kind state-of-the-art kitchen facility. We provide all of the recipes, tools, and personalized instruction. All you have to do is show up ready to learn and enjoy a unique and fun experience. Best of all you get to eat what we make in class! Price is for one person ages 16-adult for the entire six-class series.

Class 1: Italy

  • Preparing fresh semolina pasta dough
  • Homemade gnocchi with creamy pesto sauce
  • Homemade manicotti in marinara sauce
  • Grandmas meatballs with Boursin cream
  • Fresh garlic rosemary and herb focaccia bread
  • Tiramisu

Class 2: Japan

  • Handcrafted ramen noodles
  • Tonkatsu pork ramen, mushrooms, nori, ramen egg, peppers, bok choy, crispy pork belly
  • Dim sum
  • Dipping sauces

Class 3: France

  • French onion soup gratinee
  • Classic coq au vin
  • Alsation bacon and onion tart
  • Raspberry creme brulee

Class 4: Brazil

  • Churrasco, steak, chicken, pork
  • Bolinho de bacalhau
  • Pão de queijo, Brazilian cheese bread
  • Guava pastel

Class 5: Cuba

  • Sandwich Cubano With Homemade Cuban Bread
  • Bistec De Palomilla (Cuban steak with onions)
  • Congri (Cuban black beans and rice)
  • Plantanos Maduros (Sweet plantains)

Class 6: Mexico

  • Guerilla street tacos
  • Smoked guacamole & chips

Due to the progressive nature of our cooking series and the desire to offer an experience where the same people cook together from start to finish, we cannot allow makeup classes or others to take your place when you miss a scheduled class.
