Enjoy a culinary tour of Italy and learn how to prepare delicious Gnocchi in this fun, hands on, and interactive experience! Gnocchi is an Italian style dumpling, the most common of which is classic potato gnocchi. The most basic are made of cooked mashed potatoes, flour and eggs and are fluffy and pillowy when cooked just right. In this fun, hands on, and interactive class, our very own Italian Chef will show you how to make his award winning gnocchi using tried and true recipes & techniques passed down through generations! After taking this class you will be ready to make the most amazing gnocchi along with sauces to accompany them. We will even prepare a delicious Italian dessert! Best of all you will get to eat what we make in class!

  • Gnudi “Ricotta Dumplings” With Chef’s Homemade Marinara Sauce
  • Sweet Potato Gnocchi With Italian Sausage, Pumpkin, And Tomatoes
