Gnocchi (pronounced NYOW-kee) are an Italian pasta, the most common of which is classic potato gnocchi (Gnocchi di patate). The most basic are made of cooked mashed potatoes, flour and eggs and are fluffy and pillowy when cooked just right. In this fun, hands on, and interactive class, our very own Chef will show you how to make his award winning gnocchi recipes using tried and true recipes & techniques passed down through generations of his family! When you finish you’ll be ready to make the most amazing gnocchi along with sauces to accompany them. We will even prepare a delicious Italian dessert! Best of all you will get to eat what we make in class!
