Enjoy a culinary tour of Italy without leaving Knoxville in this fun, hands on, and interactive class! Our Chef will show you how to prepare the most delicious pasta you have ever tasted while sharing tips and tricks along the way! You’ll enjoy helping to prepare a menu full of authentic and delicious pasta courses straight from Italy side by side with our Chef! We will do everything from making semolina pasta dough to rolling and cutting our pasta. Then we will pair our pasta with some delicious homemade sauces and Chefs famous focaccia bread. Best of all you will get to eat what we make in class.
