Enjoy learning how to make authentic flakey French croissants & Danish Pastries in this fun, hands-on, and interactive class! Chef Heather will teach you how to make an amazingly versatile laminated dough that can be used for many different pastries. Each student will make their own batch of this multi-layered, buttery dough to take home and use to make croissants or Danish pastries. During class you will use chef’s pre-made dough which has rested overnight to practice creating croissants. Best of all you will get to eat what you make in class! We will also be offering up a delicious cocktail special along with wine, beer, and hard ciders!
