🍽️ What’s Cooking?

🦪 Char-Grilled Oysters

Fresh oysters grilled with garlic-herb butter and a touch of spice, then finished with a bright mignonette. Smoky, briny, buttery, and irresistible.

🍲 Classic Chicken, Seafood & Andouille Gumbo

A deeply flavorful, slow-built roux combined with tender chicken, fresh seafood, smoky andouille sausage, and the Cajun “holy trinity” of onion, celery, and bell pepper. Rich, comforting, and unmistakably Louisiana.

🐟 Cast Iron Pan-Blackened Red Snapper

Fresh red snapper coated in bold Cajun seasoning and perfectly seared for a crisp, flavorful crust and tender, flaky center, served with jasmine rice and a spicy étouffée sauce.

🦞 Crawfish Étouffée

A true Louisiana classic featuring tender crawfish tails simmered in a rich, velvety sauce layered with Cajun spices and served over rice.

🥖 Fresh-Baked Baguettes

Crusty, golden baguettes made from scratch—the perfect accompaniment for soaking up every last drop of gumbo and étouffée.

🍌 Bananas Foster

Warm, caramelized bananas sautéed with brown sugar, butter, and spices, flambéed with rum and finished with a deliciously indulgent touch.
