Join us for one of our most popular classes and enjoy a fun, hands on, and interactive baking experience! You won’t soon forget the amazing aroma of butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar in our kitchen as we make freshly baked sweet rolls. Our Pastry Chef will show you how it is done from start to finish. First you will learn the basic techniques of creating a sweet dough. You’ll get plenty of hands-on practice in class with mixing, kneading, hand-shaping, and proofing yeasted dough. You will leave class with our recipes, the knowledge to recreate cinnamon rolls at home, and the sweet dough and fillings you made in class so you can practice baking your own cinnamon rolls in your own kitchen. We’ll end class with a a generous tasting of cinnamon rolls that our Chef made during class.
