Take a French Patisserie tour of France without leaving Knoxville and learn how to make buttery flakey croissants in this fun, hands on, and interactive baking experience! First our Pastry Chef will teach you how to make an amazingly versatile laminated dough. Then everyone in class will make their own batch of this multi-layered, buttery dough to take home and use later. During class you will use chef-made dough which has rested overnight to practice creating croissants and delicious Danish-style pastries to enjoy in class. This is a unique opportunity to have some fun with your child while learning new skills in a fun and hands on experience! Best of all you get to eat what we make in class! Complimentary hot chocolate will be served!
