Have you ever wondered how the French patisseries create those amazing pastries? Our Pastry Chef will show you how to make the most decadent French cream puffs & eclairs in this fun, hands-on, and interactive class! You will discover pâte à choux, the only pastry dough cooked on the stovetop, and learn how to hand pipe it into perfect éclairs and cream puffs. Add some luscious pastry cream, chocolate ganache, and homemade whip cream and you have the perfect sweet treat! Once you’ve mastered this dough and technique, you will be able to create your very own amazing pastries at home! Everyone will go home with a box of eclairs and cream puffs!
