Embark on a culinary tour of the Italian Countryside without leaving Knoxville in this fun, hands on, and interactive experience! Our Chef will show you how to make the most delicious fresh semolina pasta from a recipe handed down through generations! Then we will roll our pasta out, cut it into shapes, and cook it to perfection! Chef will also show you how to make a delicious sauce to pair with your pasta. Toss in some focaccia bread and you have one delicious meal to enjoy in class!
